Who handles the inquiry

Your inquiry is intended for PEK in Odesa. The contact for inquiries and data requests is provided below. Before public launch, the company must confirm its full legal identity and the details of the party responsible for processing.

Information received

The form sends your name, phone and/or email, optional company name and task description. A selected product’s identifier is also stored. The record includes its language, source page, reference number, submission time and consent confirmation. Where actually received, permitted UTM tags and the referring origin may be stored without full referring URLs or personal query parameters. A protected value derived from the contact is used to limit repeated attempts. Do not send passwords, payment information or unnecessary personal details.

Why the information is used

Contact details and your task description are needed to respond, clarify equipment requirements and handle the inquiry. Its reference and status help maintain records without duplicating a retried submission. Limited source information supports inquiry-source analysis. Clicking a button or making an unsuccessful attempt does not count as a saved inquiry.

Who may have access

Authorized staff can access inquiries in the authenticated manager portal. The server, database and their administration provide technical processing. If the company explicitly enables Telegram notifications, its designated Telegram chat receives the inquiry reference, name/company, supplied contact, equipment and a limited task description. Telegram is a separate service. Disabled and local simulation modes do not send messages to Telegram.

Cookies and analytics

The manager portal uses an essential authentication cookie. With your permission, public pages use Google Analytics 4 to measure page and product views, form starts, saved inquiries and contact clicks. Google receives technical browser and visit information and sets analytics cookies. Our events do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, inquiry messages or page query parameters. Advertising personalization is disabled. The Google tag does not load before consent; declining does not limit the website. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days; withdrawing it stops new events and removes this site's analytics cookies.

Retention and data requests

Retention periods for inquiries and backups, final legal grounds and the deletion procedure require company approval before public launch. To ask about, correct or request deletion of data you supplied, email the contact below and include your inquiry reference if known. Do not attach unnecessary documents or secret information; the company can explain any verification needed to confirm that the request is yours.
