Overview
Application
ВРП-35 transmits, receives and distributes three-phase energy at 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 35 kV in networks with an isolated or reactor-earthed neutral. It is used in КТПБ-220/35/6(10), КТПБ-110/35/6(10), КТПБ-35/6(10) kV substations and standalone 35 kV switchgear serving industrial, municipal and agricultural consumers and major construction sites.

Construction and application
ВРП-35 is manufactured to standard arrangements ДТ, 4Н, 5АН, 9 and others. It includes factory-made 35 kV blocks on a metal modular supporting frame with high-voltage equipment, auxiliary transformers, high-frequency communications equipment and auxiliary circuits; busbar and bay gantries; rigid and flexible busbars; cable structures, trays and single-/double-row supports; contact and tension fittings; and secondary switching cabinets.
Blocks accommodate domestic or imported equipment and are installed on prepared foundations, sleepers or УСО supports. Factory-made transportable blocks are delivered separately for assembly on prepared foundations, electrical installation and commissioning at the site.
Both rigid and flexible busbars are used. Flexible busbars connect incomer blocks and power transformers. ВРП-35 complies with ТУ У 31.2-31681625-021:2010.
Designation Б 35 Х – Х/Х-Х Х: Б — high-voltage equipment mounting block; 35 — rated voltage, kV; Х — insulation category under ГОСТ 9920; Х — version number; Х — distinguishing index: К — terminal cabinet, П — raised block (height from finished ground level to the equipment lower flange is additionally specified); Х — rated main-circuit current, A; Х — climatic version and installation category under ГОСТ 15150: У1 or УХЛ1.
