Overview

Application

Indoor КТП transformer substations rated from 160 to 2500 kVA and up to 10 kV receive, transform and distribute three-phase AC energy at 50 Hz with a rated voltage of 6(10)/0,4 kV.

Features

Construction and application

КТП is used in power-supply systems for industrial and other facilities in temperate climates, installed indoors in unheated premises.

A single-transformer КТП includes an HV incoming unit (ПВН), a power transformer and LV switchgear (РВНН). A two-transformer КТП comprises two single-transformer substations and a bus-section cabinet, arranged in one or two rows.

Equipment includes an HV incoming cabinet (ШВВ), LV incoming cabinet (ШНВ), LV feeder cabinet (ШНЛ), an LV bus-section cabinet (ШНС) for two-transformer substations only, and a ТМЗ, ТСЗ or ТСЗГЛ power transformer.

Substations include connecting devices, bus ducts, busbars and inter-cabinet connections. They are delivered as transportable blocks for installation on site. Climatic version УЗ under ГОСТ 15150-69. КТП complies with ТУ У 31.2-31681625.001-2003.
