Application
КРПЗ receives and distributes three-phase AC energy at 50 or 60 Hz and 6 or 10 kV in networks with an isolated neutral or a neutral earthed through an arc-suppression reactor.

Construction and application
КРПЗ forms 6 or 10 kV switchgear for complete block transformer substations rated at 35/6(10), 110/6(10) and 110/35/6(10) kV for utilities, industrial and agricultural facilities, or standalone КРП-6(10) kV installations.
КРП-6(10) kV comprises individual КРПЗ cabinets, each containing equipment for one busbar connection. Cabinet types are КРЗ 3-10, КРЗ 4-10, KVI У, ЯКНО and К-59. КРПЗ complies with ТУ У 31.2-31681625.017-2005.
Circuit-breaker options are ВБ 4 (Контактор), ВВУ (Електрощит), ВР1-3 (РЗВА), VD-4 and VM-1 (АВВ), Evolis (Шнайдер Електрик), and ВВ/ТЕЦ (Таврида Електрик).
Climatic versions У1 or УХЛ1 under ГОСТ 15150-69. Cabinet protection is IP44(34) under ГОСТ 14254-96.
